They are taking care of my mom and calming her down and it is a comfort to me to not have to worry. The caregivers seem to connect with my mom, they are friendly and attentive! We did a test run one day, and we were happy with how professional they were. My dad liked them. There has been continuity of care, so the same person comes by.
They have built a rapport with him. They listened to my dad the first time they interviewed him while trying to match him with a caregiver. They did a good job. She is patient, has a good sense of humor, and she is conscientious. I will leave notes and things I want done and she will leave notes too.
