Our dishwasher needed service. Being in the repair industry I know what it takes to provide quality service. John came out, diagnosed the problem, gave a fair estimate, ordered the needed part and came out a week later to complete the job. Professional, neat, courteous and highly recommended!

I would recommend Eleet to anyone. I was able to get an appointment quickly with Jonathan, he came on time to diagnosis my dishwasher and gave a very fair quote. I had to wait about a month before I was able to repair the unit due to a warranty claim. He was very patient and provided all the paperwork necessary for the warranty claim. Jonathan came out again on time to install the part and my problem was resolved. Overall excellent customer service and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I have a stacking washer that stopped working. I called Eleet, spoke with John about the problem, and set up an appointment. John was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He arrived on time, presented a solution, ordered the parts and installed them. We still had issues after the part installation, but John responded quickly and stayed with us to make sure the unit was working. I would highly recommend John and Eleet to all.
