Mr. D's is centrally located in downtown Belleville, Illinois and has helped more than 3,000 students achieve their goal of getting a drivers license. Our experienced staff is licensed by the Illinois Secretary of State and all have been background checked. Our exceptional curriculum is approved by the state of Illinois and meets all of the requirements from Illinois' Graduated Drivers License Program (GDL).

Mr. D's Driving School has a strong, experienced team and we are always willing to help. We are each licensed by the Illinois Secretary of State to teach drivers education and everyone is background checked. We have a passion to teach students how to drive, and are positive and enjoyable to be with.
Teen Programs

Mr. D's Driving School provides drivers education in the classroom and behind the wheel for teen students. We have helped more than 3,000 teen drivers get their license since 2005. Our program follows the guidelines of Illinois' program, The Graduated Drivers License Program (GDL) to ensure safety and allow beginning drivers to gain more driving experience while under the supervision of an adult.
Adult Programs

Mr. D's Driving School provides drivers education in the classroom and behind the wheel for adult students over age 18. We offer several programs that are designed to fit the needs of adult beginner drivers or for those that just need more practice in the car. Adults adhere to the same guidelines as teens with the exception that they do not have to provide proof of passing grades to enroll.

1. Age - You must be 15 by the last day of the classroom portion of the class. 2. Student must have passed at least 8 classes in the previous two semesters, be enrolled in GED, passed the GED or graduated. Students may miss 4 classes, but these classes must be made up during the following session. If a student misses more than 4 classes, the student will be dropped and will receive no refund.
