The team at JoAnns are the most caring and attentive professionals! I called Aubrey in January when our engraver backed out for a corporate event in mere days and she mocked us up a sticker, color matched, printed them, and shipped them to CO in time for our event, no questions asked! I plan on using JoAnns for all of my embroidery and printing needs!
