When I received a renewal notice for a homeowners insurance policy, the amount represented a sizeable and unexpected increase. Jake Fleck has been our family insurance agent for more than 20 years. I met him at a exercise facility (what better than a fit and health conscious insurance agent?). He is such a personable guy that you really don't know how to say anything negative about him. He always tries to find the best rates possible for my policies and guides us not necessarily the cheapest but the most suitable insurance instruments.
