Whether you are planning a small get-together, fundraiser, business function or reception, The Steam Plant is easily-customizable indoor and outdoor venue for any event. The Former DP&L steam generating plant closed its doors in the mid-1980s after eight decades of operation. Several attempts to revitalize the historical building failed and the city of Dayton took ownership of the abandoned property.
