Our Pilates instruction focuses on core strength development through equipment-based and mat exercises. We teach STOTT PILATES methodology emphasizing proper spinal alignment and muscle activation. Sessions improve posture, enhance athletic performance, and reduce injury risk through controlled movements that lengthen and strengthen muscles simultaneously. Clients benefit from customized programs addressing individual fitness goals and physical limitations.
GYROTONIC Method
The GYROTONIC Method combines circular motions with breath work to improve joint mobility and muscular coordination. Using specialized equipment, this system enhances circulation, increases range of motion, and develops functional strength through fluid movement sequences. Our instructors adapt exercises for all fitness levels, making it accessible for rehabilitation patients and advanced athletes alike while maintaining proper biomechanical alignment.
Private Sessions
Private sessions offer 50-minute personalized workouts tailored to individual needs. These sessions focus on proper technique development, injury-specific rehabilitation, and progressive strength building. Instructors create customized programs that evolve with client progress while maintaining safety and effectiveness through continuous form assessment and equipment adjustments.

Marsha and Steve are amazing, professional, knowledgeable, and fun! I have been coming to their studio for over 2 years and it has been life changing! They meet you where you are at and customize each session. I really appreciate their approach, which is unlike any other experience I have had in the past with gyms and personal trainers who were pushy and workouts that were boring. I highly recommend you check out Pushes and Pulls. It's the best!

Stephen and Marsha adapt the various exercises to meet the needs and limitations of their clients, even in their classes. Each is treated as an individual. There is plenty of laughter during the classes I know laughter and exercising seem mutually exclusive, but not here. The classes are great and the individual sessions are amazing.

I started at Pushes and Pulls with Marsha and Steve a couple of months ago. I have been practicing Pilates on and off for the past 15 years with an amazing array of instructors; however, I must say that Marsha is the crme de la crme! She knows everything about the body -- how it moves, why certain muscles ache, etc. All I have to do is tell her, "I felt a pinch right here when I did that movement," and she always knows what muscle is affected and why, then she will have me adjust my posture or movement and voila! everything is in working order! I always have a great time during my

I have taken two introductory classes one-on-one with Marsha. Every moment of the one hour class (taught on the reformer) was productive and instructive, with her ensuring that I was doing the movements correctly. I felt fantastic and energized after the classes. I highly recommend this studio and the instructors!
