Mountain View Optometry and Contact Lens Clinic (MVO) evolved from a practice established by William Wright O.D. in 1953. Dr. Wright was active in the Mountain View Community and was recognized as Mountain View's Citizen of the Year and was active in clinical research. In 1971, he retired from the practice.

Q What should I bring to my appointment? A Your glasses, contact lenses, and a copy of your current contact lens prescription (some patients bring copies of their previous contact lens orders or old boxes). Please bring your ID card and Medical Insurance or Medicare card for complete insurance information.

Patient compliance with these procedures will be mandatory for service at Mountain View Optometry. 1. Masks are still REQUIRED for EVERYONE over the age of 2, inside of our office! 3. All patients will be asked about their health status, and if feeling ill, patients will be rescheduled. 4. We ask that patients come to their appointment unaccompanied, so there are less people in the reception area.
