Dropped of 4 screens was told 3-4 days wait time. After a week i called in to check in on things was told the screens could only be done by one of the managers. 3 days later no update i call in to check they tell me they need some special parts! Horrible customer service Horrible communication. If you cant do it just tell me..

Save yourself the aggravation and don't even bother. Going to them directly or going through Home Depot results in months of lies with no action.

Cant say enough great things about Kraft Screen and Door..friendly and knowledgeable staff! We have had a few projects completed using Kraft and each time I am amazed with them. Each appointment is scheduled and each time the tech comes out they are early, friendly and work efficiently. Great value for the products purchased and installed. Fantastic locally owned and operated company!
