We had some dog urine that had dried deep into the carpet for days. I tried cleaning it myself and just made it worse. The smell filled the entire living room.
Josh was able to get it cleaned like it never even happened.
He said if there is any issue with what he did today, he will come back and fix it.
Josh is a very nice an courteous guy. I would definitely get my carpet cleaned by him again.
