Harry Harding attended Western College of Auctioneering (Montana) in 1959. He gained his acreditation to liquidate the excess tractors and farm equipment through his business, PH Ford Tractor Co. in Marysville, California. He and his family moved to Oakville in 1962, and purchased the Napa-Vallejo Flea Market.

Nelson Harding is Harry Harding's eldest son, and in 1968 he attended Reisch School of Auctioneering (Iowa) and helped at the Napa-Vallejo Flea Market. He specializes in furniture, restaraunt equipment, vehicles, and storage auctions.
