DAY 1. 4.45pm Boiler breakdown on the coldest night of the winter. Visit at 6pm same evening and broken fan part identified. Order placed for new fan via the internet.
DAY 2. 1pm. Engineer arrives with new fan part and fits it by 2pm. Simply brilliant service. Take out their monthly cover plan. Now!
