Jay Rothlein, Attorney-at-Law, maintains his practice in the landmark clock tower at the corner of Lincoln Road and Washington Ave. in world famous South Beach (Miami Beach) just a few blocks from the ocean and the glitz of Ocean Drive. The location offers proximity to the new Convention Center, Performing Arts Center, Jackie Gleason Theater, City Hall, dining and shopping and is on many major bus routes, as well as the free Miami Beach Trolley.

Attorney Jay Rothlein was born in Queens, New York. He moved to Miami Beach at age 3 and was raised in South Florida. Jay graduated from Miami Beach Senior High in 1977 with honors at age 16. He then attended the University of Florida, graduating with Honors in 1981 receiving a BSBA in Finance from the School of Business.
