As most of you are aware, we have changed our Pharmacy Management Software to PioneerRx. The software change means that the SMARTPHONE APP you may have used in the past to request refills and view your medication profile is no longer active. A new and improved APP is available and we are asking all customers to update.

The best way to dispose of old medications is by bringing them in to the pharmacy for us to send off in the TakeAway program. We try to fill your maintenance medications all at the same time-saving you multiple trips to the pharmacy. Free delivery is available to any address in the City of Decorah & Freeport area, including the assisted living apartments in Aase Hagen, Eastern Star, and Wellington Place.

And, we have a dedicated R.N. on staff to assist you with questions, concerns, or finding that right product for you or a loved one. If there is something you need that we don't have, we can usually order it for next day's delivery.
Weight Management Program

You will meet with your Coach for an initial visit for an individualized health assessment before starting the program. After your initial meeting, you and he meet once a week. This gives you and your Coach an opportunity to discuss how you are feeling, any concerns you may have about the program, and how to handle situations with eating out or enjoying meals with family and friends.
