It is a loan. You pay the bonds person a fee of 10% with a minimum fee of $100. Many bonds can be posted at night with a credit card for payment. Many bonds do not require collateral. However, if you are from out of state the bonds person may request the entire amount up front in order to post the bond.
Any Collateral is fully refundable once the person's case is closed by the court. Your funds are safe as we work with an insurance company licensed to conduct business in the State of Florida.
