End job was pleasing and professional. Price was reasonable. It didn't happen in the following 2 weeks as it was promised at the time of the consultation. It took place a month after. I have before and after pictures. I found the company via Costco. I would recommend this company anybody, who prefers attic insulation is being professionally done. Overall experience was pleasant.

This company schedules appointments and then forgets about them and when reschedule cancel the appointment the day before even though it has been confirmed because it does not "fit in" with their timetables. If you phone them and leave a message you will never receive a call back. Go to any other company but this one if you need insulation. These people are utterly unprofessional in every way.

Made an appointment with this company to come and give us a 'free' quote to re-insulate our home. We had an appointment scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on a particular day but nobody showed up. I called and spoke to a lady who directed my call to 'Hughy' who said he'd look into it and promised to call me back within an hour but he never called back. For the next several days I called and asked the same receptionist why I wasn't hearing from anyone ... I got redirected to Hughy's voice mail where I left several messages but No call back ensued therefore I don't have a great opinion of this business. If
