We have Resident and Area Managers for each complex and a highly knowledgeable and trained Home staff working together for the betterment of communities.

Weststates Property Management was founded in 1979 as a subsidiary of Jim Gregory Real Estate. As Jim's construction company continued to build a vast amount of affordable housing throughout Nevada, Utah and Idaho, he realized that there was a great need for quality management in the affordable housing industry.
