Weststates Property Management was founded in 1979 as a subsidiary of Jim Gregory Real Estate. As Jim's construction company continued to build a vast amount of affordable housing throughout Nevada, Utah and Idaho, he realized that there was a great need for quality management in the affordable housing industry.

Nice apartments yet when it comes to repairs it takes months! I have been waiting for eight months for a new door sweep. Consistently told, "Needs to be ordered, or don't know what to do about it." How can management save money, if a simple repair isn't addressed? Lack of attention to fix faulty/broken items will lead to a more costly repair, like replacing entry way flooring/carpeting due to damage from rain/snow. Sweep coming off, keep tripping on it! The white portion under the door is sunlight.
