I am nothing but happy with the results of the repair of my wedding ring. The professionalism of staff, quality, attention to detail, and timeliness was everything I would’ve hoped for. I had to take my ring here from being previously repaired at Lee’s jewelry. I should have came here first. In addition to the repair service, they have a wonderful selection of jewelry to choose from. Thank you for making my experience what I needed it to be. Oh, and ladies, you can go up there and create a wish list so that your significant other knows exactly what you want!

Jerry and Chris were very helpful and provided excellent customer service. I went to 3 other jewelers and none were willing to work on my watch. Jerry sized my band and performed a custom fitting, mark-free. I was able to wait and relax while Jerry completed the service. Their store is immaculate. Thank you for your professionalism. I am very pleased.

I have nothing but great things to say. The family owners are extremely helpful and polite, there was no pressure and they were very patient with us. I wanted to surprise my wife with a new setting, she had no idea, and in turn, no idea what she wanted. They asked the right questions to help us narrow it down, and found exactly the piece that made her glow. I definitely don’t want to forget to mention the quality and selection of the merchandise, everything was stunning, and fairly priced. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone in the market.

Caves Jewelry Inc. in Midlothian did an absolutely superb job of repairing my wedding ring! The thin bands and small diamonds are very delicate and have broken several times over the years. I’ve had it fixed before, but it was never done well.
I didn’t even bother with another repair after it broke again a couple of years ago, but every time I would get ready for a special event, I’d miss my ring. I’m so glad I found this local, family-owned jeweler. My ring is whole and beautiful again, and I’m so happy! 😍

Stunning store, engaging owners & employees, and expert workmanship make this my new go-to jeweler. I had my wedding ring repaired. It is flawless and beautiful again.
