I DO NOT recommend this Dentistry practice. There was a question regarding our insurance coverage the day before our appointment that I immediately responded to them regarding. The insurance had not changed but for some reason they could not validate coverage. I called Billing back and left a message with the requested information. We showed up at… the appointment the next day and checked in on the app AND with a person at the front desk. We sat for ONE hour waiting to be called back. I finally approached the front desk inquiring when my child would be called. They responded, oh- we can

This place is like a COVID vaccination site. They have kids waiting and waiting. My two children been standing in line to get X-rays. 20min!! Absolutely unacceptable. Or is this how it is now days?

Kind Staff from beginning to end. This is our second visit and they were patient with my 2.5 year old. She had her first big girl cleaning without putting up a fight.
