Here at Evergreen Vision, we know how important proper eye care is. We are dedicated to providing the highest level of service so you can have the vision you deserve. On average, we recommend scheduling an appointment once every two years to ensure your eyes are remaining healthy. If you have been diagnosed with an eye condition or ever have vision concerns, however, we recommend scheduling an appointment as soon as symptoms arise.
Meet the Optometrist

Dr. Hock provides routine vision exams, medical eye care and specializes in developmental optometry in which he diagnoses and treats vision problems that affect learning. He received his undergraduate degree from Colorado State University and his doctorate degree in 1995 from Pacific University College of Optometry in Oregon.

When you arrive for your eye health exam, we want to be sure you have a first-class experience, and that we don't miss anything which may be important for you, your eye health, safety, protection, and comfort. If you are a contact lens wearer bring your contacts, your contact lens 'blister pack', your contact lens case, your eyeglasses you wear whenever you're on cold, flu or allergy meds, and your current sunglasses.
