As a child, I memorized the dog encyclopedia and loved impressing owners by correctly identifying their dog's breed. After college, my husband Todd and I raised sheep and the best part of the farming experience was my interaction with the farm's many working dogs. Training border collies and raising livestock guardian dogs was incredibly fulfilling.
