A 35% non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is required to hold the rain plan items. The remainder is due before delivery can take place. If the contract is cancelled 24 hours prior to your delivery time, any amount over the 35% paid will be refunded on the Monday following your event.
If the contract is cancelled before setup begins, but not prior to the 24 hours of scheduled delivery, 45% of the total contract amount becomes non-refundable/non-transferable.We require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to reserve all items. In the case of a cancellation, we offer in-store credit for any future event within ONE YEAR.
