Report
Every massage is customized to the needs of the client. Therefore your massage may include elements of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Facilitation, Myofascial Release, Shiatsu and other therapies. Our therapist will discuss your needs and preferences to provide your best massage. Couples massage is a great way to share the massage experience with a minor child as Pennsylvania law requires an adult to be in the room.
Benefits
Report
Massage creates a profound state of relaxation unlike any other. Many clients who get massage regularly report a decreased need for pain and sleep medications, making massage a natural approach to managing stress and daily pain. One of the most consistent benefits of massage is pain relief. Over time your body becomes accustomed to being in a tense state and your muscles may actually forget how to relax.
