I contracted Hales AC to install my new HVAC system in my new home build. The entire team, including sales and installation techs have been very knowledgeable and professional. The efficiency of their work is great, and it is obvious they take alot of pride in their work product. George, Spencer, Jason and Harold have been outstanding in their respective duties. Spencer, the installation tech, is one of the most talented HVAC professionals I've seen. We had a 2-stage Daikin installed last month, and are very satisfied with the service and quality Hales provided. Our technicians Mike and James showed up on time, were friendly and professional! Even when he had to run additional wires in the attic to accommodate the new thermostat he had a positive attitude and very competent. We felt assured that this company knew what they were doing, and we would be cared for throughout the installation process and any future maintenance. Thanks Hales! Job well done.

Very overpriced and rude! Tech came out, took a quick look and told us our unit was no good and we needed a $5000 air handler in order to be able to sell our condo. He diagnosed it as needing a transformer for $500. Seriously? Avoid this company who seems very focused on excessive profits.
