Glenbridge Health & Rehabilitation of Boone, NC, has been a provider of skilled and intermediate nursing services to Watauga County and surrounding communities since 1977. Over the years, many changes have occurred, including the name of our facility. Formerly known as Watauga Nursing Center and most recently as Glenstone Health Care, we are building a bridge to our future with a new name, new facility, and new services.

Our Therapy team is comprised of the most experienced therapists in the High Country, who are dedicated to delivering Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy that is effective and efficient. Each resident is assessed for therapeutic needs upon admission, with a plan prepared that is designed to get them whole and back to their pre-event activities with as little impact on the family as possible.
