Yes, it can be cut off with scissors when needed. We recommend clipping at the welded link to preserve the chain for potential reattachment.

I was in Sacramento on a work contract and was super nervous about having my eyebrows microbladed at a new salon. But Lei did a wonderful job of explaining their process, what to expect, after-care, and really helped make the entire experience incredibly comfortable and catered to my specific needs!! Her mapping process is thorough and on point. Their location is conveniently located, the shop is comfortable (that chair!!), *clean*, warm and inviting.
