Services
Solar Electric Residential
We design and install solar electric systems for residential properties, enabling homeowners to generate clean, renewable energy. Our solutions reduce utility bills, increase property value, and provide energy independence during grid outages. Systems include photovoltaic panels with optional battery storage for 24/7 power availability.
Battery Energy Storage Systems
Battery storage systems capture excess solar energy for use during nighttime or power outages. Our installations ensure continuous power for critical needs like medical equipment, refrigeration, and electric vehicle charging. We offer integration with new or existing solar systems and provide federal tax credit guidance.
Solar Hot Water Commercial
Commercial solar hot water systems reduce energy costs for businesses, multi-family buildings, and institutions. Our installations heat water for domestic use, pools, and industrial applications, cutting overhead expenses by 50-80%. Systems combine solar thermal panels with storage tanks for reliable hot water supply.
Solar and Battery Maintenance
We provide comprehensive maintenance and repair services for solar electric, battery, and thermal systems. Our team ensures optimal performance through panel cleaning, component inspections, and remote diagnostics. We coordinate with contractors for reinstallation during roof replacements or building upgrades.
Cogeneration Installs
Cogeneration systems produce electricity and usable heat simultaneously, achieving 90% efficiency. Our installations benefit health clubs, schools, and multi-family properties by reducing energy costs and carbon footprints. Systems use natural gas to generate power while capturing waste heat for water or space heating.

Report
Occidental contacted our nonprofit, Good Sun, to offer up some solar panels for donation. I was blown away by his kindness, willingness to get his hands dirty, and generosity in giving both his time and his assets. I had heard a lot of good things about this company in the past (they have been around a long time, so lots to talk about) and Greg and his team exceeded my expectations. Occidental is absolutely deserving of their stellar
