Services
Sustainable Architecture
Our sustainable architecture services focus on zero-energy buildings, regenerative materials, and eco-conscious urban planning. We integrate LEED-certified practices and Envision Platinum standards to reduce carbon footprints. Projects emphasize resilience, energy efficiency, and community-centric spaces that align with global sustainability goals.
Transit Infrastructure
We design compliant, operationally efficient transit systems including rail extensions, bus shelters, and wayfinding solutions. Expertise covers BART Silicon Valley Phase II, ADA accessibility standards, and security protocols for high-traffic environments like the East San Fernando Valley Corridor.
Aviation Projects
Our aviation work includes secure connectors, terminal upgrades, and passenger facilities. The SFO Secure Connector project demonstrates our ability to manage high-security, complex structures using design-build methodologies while enhancing passenger flow and operational efficiency.
BIM Technology
We leverage Building Information Modeling (BIM) for precision in project visualization, cost estimation, and construction coordination. This technology optimizes workflows, reduces errors, and supports data-driven decisions across all project phases.
Public Sector Design
Specializing in civic buildings, healthcare facilities, and educational spaces, we meet strict public sector requirements. Services include regulatory compliance, stakeholder engagement, and designs that enhance public health, safety, and community accessibility.

HBA+Architects is very professional and efficient firm. I couldn't imagine where to start when I first had ideas of opening my own restaurant. They are great at taking the random crazy ideas you have and finding a way to make it happen and make it profitable. Thank you H.B.
