Jeremy and his crew just completed our lake home exceeding our expectations and original vision of the home. The working crew were fun and great to interact with, a real good group of guys. Jeremy himself was always calm and professional willing to offer well needed advice as this was our first new home construction build. Monk Construction proves quality does exist with a competitive price.

I have had a challenging time finding quality, and responsive, workmanship related to home improvement since moving to Tomahawk. The owner and his staff have exceeded my expectations in almost every encounter with them. Their responses are prompt, estimates are not only reasonable but accurate (I have had more than one job come in under estimate), work is done per time forecast. I have used Monk Construction for jobs from a few hundred dollars to > $10k. I expect to use Monk Construction on all future construction work and absolutely recommend their services.

We used Monk Construction to build up our forever gorgeous home. We would like to share our experience. Lets talk about Jeremy Monk, the owner. As a person he is very nice, kind, and patient. He is not a typical contractor but a real gem. Professionally he is knowledgeable, sincere, respectful, represents a very high business approach and provides excellent advice. He is a disciplined project manager. Going through construction/building a home is a very demanding and stressful experience. After a sizable search for a quality general contractor to do our house addition and remodel, we chose Monk Construction Company LLC. We never had to look back at any disappointment in that decision. Jeremy was the best in documenting all the answers to our questions, and he delivered on those promises. Jeremy and his crews added on to both sides of our house, and added a second floor on one side.
The concrete foundation additions were difficult ones due to the water levels next to the lake and how the original foundation was built. But Jeremy and the excavator/concrete sub-contractor resolved
