Unfortunately once we paid for a new solar heating system, they were not available to answer questions or concerns about the system. Unresponsive and rude. I'd look elsewhere is you want good service.

I bought a new vacuum and it broke within a minute, Herbs stated it was only for wading pools (they said it would be the right vacuum when I bought it) this is a sleazy outfit, buy else wear

Paid Herbs Pool over $400 to check the pools equipment and get it ready for the summer. The man who came out to check all the equipment neglected to check if the pumps timer worked properly and left it running for days, causing damage to my pump. The owner of Herbs pool told me that when paying for an initial check of equipment and clean up of pool, my over $400 did not include checking to make sure the timer started and stopped properly. For everyone unaware of this as I was, thought Id let you know.
