Absolutely awful customer service. I waited almost a week for my booth to be sent out after the label was created and was ensured the booth would arrive on time. I called and texted repeatedly to receive no correspondence. The lack of professionalism for a business aimed at creating businesses was astounding. I will miss the booked event due to the pure lack of communication and accountability. Never again.
