What can I say? We have relied on Jody and Christine to manage our Blackhawk property for several years. He is a true expert and we didn't have to worry about a thing. He takes care of everything and is extremely communicative with any issue that arose for the property. His deep pocket full of skilled contractors and handy people is key in this environment where it's hard to find good people, let alone having thing show up. Working with Stowers Property Managers was the best decision we made to manage our rental when we moved out of state. Jody was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and responsive to any of our needs as well as the needs of our tenants. They managed the property for a couple of years and when we decided to sell this year, the transition was completely smooth along with Jody coordinating any updates we wanted to make before placing it on the market.
