Join this women's-only strength program and learn basic lifts, including the dead lift, back squat, bench, and row. Let's learn and practice good form, as we lift heavy and get strong. As we begin to say goodbye to another year, we begin to set new health goals for ourselves.

We ask that all members and guests refrain from yelling, using profanity, banging weights, or engaging in any other disruptive behavior while in the facility. Any violation of this or any other policies listed in this book may result in exclusion from the facility.
Schedules by Space
Report
A Latin-inspired dance class that combines fast and slow rhythms that work the entire body! Alternate between bouts of strength and cardio work for a total body workout that will challenge every level of fitness. Kettlebells, mats, dumbbells, weighted bars and bands will be utilized for the workout.
Group Fitness
Report
We have a variety of engaging group fitness classes for all fitness levels-always free for members. Bonus? You'll have so much fun that you won't notice you've completed a full workout. All class instructors are certified by National Aerobic Associations and Councils and attend continuing education workshops with the latest information and industry standards, classroom procedures, and safety.
