Pruning

Although often neglected, regular tree pruning is essential for the health and longevity of a tree. We are able, through proper pruning and maintenance, to keep a small decorative tree the same size for decades. On average a tree should be pruned every 2 to 3 years. If a schedule is not maintained, trees can become too overgrown and may require several years to reestablish a natural shape.

Fertilizer is generally made up of three parts. Each element has a different purpose and we can tailor our fertilizer composition to promote the health and growth of each individual tree. What is often over looked when considering what kind of fertilizer to use is the fact that promoting access foliage growth on an unhealthy and potentially infected tree can further these problems.
