Cadillac Fabrication was founded in 1983 by Tom Bosscher, who saw the need for a custom "job shop" in the Cadillac, Michigan area that could handle fabrication jobs of all sizes, not just smaller welding. A lifelong creative, Tom grew up on a family farm, where his ability to quickly figure things out led him to become a talented welder.
