FDTC is a court docket for cases of child abuse or neglect in which parent substance abuse and/or mental health is a contributing factor. Judges, attorneys, child protection services and treatment personnel unite with the foal of providing safe, nurturing and permanent homes for children. Provide parents with the necessary support and services they need to become drug-free and alcohol-abstinent.

Common primary care needs including physicals, cold, flu, hypertension, diabetes, hyperglycemia, regular checkups, thyroid issues, asthma, and many other conditions. Provides non-intensive outpatient treatment for chemical dependency; works closely with the local court systems and treatment agencies.

No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay - a discounted or sliding fee schedule is available based on family size and income. Meridian HealthCare holds a number of special events each year. Many of these events are held to help the needs of our patients, residents and/or staff through fundraising, donations, or volunteering.
Withdrawal Management Program Detox

Meridian's Withdrawal Management Program is a 16 bed detoxification center that allows individuals to detox from any drugs or alcohol under the care of medical and mental health professionals. Individuals receive 24-hour medical care and usually stay between 3 to 7 days. Patients will be medically monitored by 24-hour experienced nursing staff to manage withdrawal symptoms.
