Payments: In accordance with Texas State Law, payment for services is required at the time of registration. There will be a $35 fee for any returned check. If applicable, late charges will apply as well. Sewer System: Please do not flush baby wipes, adult wipes, Q-tips or hygiene products down any toilet.
