Josh Beat Expectations! Ive sold properties using other more direct flat fee listing methods. But I was pleasantly surprised with Josh. He found a buyer immediately (the same day we agreed to work together). He had an offer for me by 6:00 PM and we had an executed contract in 2.5 days. Usually when you hear that type of story the seller underpriced the property. I didnt. I had numerous offers but this one Josh brought was the best offer. 5 Stars and 2 thumbs up for Josh.

Josh did a fantastic job selling two properties for me. He was always on top of every detail. One property was burglarized the week we were scheduled to close.
