We have 3 levels here at 7 west hair designers. Apprentice, Protege and Director. The reason we have levels is not because one person is better than another, our level system is built on a foundation of availability and meeting salon goals. Just like in most industries employees make an effort to gain promotions, this is our way of giving stylists a promotion!
