
Kathy Kilchenman has been gluten-free since the year 2000. While teaching elementary school for eleven years, she earned a Master's Degree in Instructional Technology. Kathy changed careers in 2003 to become a gluten-free baker. Utilizing her love of cooking and her gluten-free knowledge, she has created many unique treats.
Kathy is committed to making gluten-free food taste good. In this day when frozen pie crusts and ready-made cookie dough are standard in almost every bakery, she makes every item from scratch. If her delicious breads and goodies don't taste homemade, they're not good enough to offer to her customers.
