Stacey is a founder and former managing member of BCGL. She is also a member of the firm's Real Estate and Business and Corporate Law Department. She provides advice and guidance in many aspects of real estate law to commercial, industrial, municipal and nonprofit clients. Her scope of services includes the development, acquisition, leasing, financing, construction, and sale of real estate.
Although Stacey works with clients at all stages of the development, she has particular expertise representing clients before planning, zoning and municipal boards to obtain subdivision and land development approvals, special exceptions, variances, conditional uses and other permits.
