I live in Madison but was in Green Bay for a few days when my brakes started acting funny. I took my car in later in the day and since I was from out of town and couldnt leave my car they made sure they got me seen that same day. Turns out nothing was wrong with the brakes, it was just a fluke thing that fixed itself when i got there. They took the time to explain that everything was fine, what they did, and what couldve caused the brake issue, and didnt charge me for anything. Wish I lived closer so that I could take my Ford here for everything.

Quick lube is a joke!!!! No one in line and they tell me a hour and half wait for an oil change. Need to change the name to "lube when we feel like it." no star experience

Well on December 10, 2020 Melanie and I went out to meet up with Rob Stein to look at some 2020 Ford Escapes. He showed Melanie several of them different colors and with different opinions. She found one she liked and as it would be she has her new Escape. We would like to thank Rob for helping Melanie find one and Scott Shier for his help again for doing all the paperwork for us.
