Porch Path Realty
Porch Path Real Estate was started to address the problems we saw in the market. We aim to change that trend by offering a professional, process driven approach coupled with local neighborhood expertise. He attended University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill for a music degree as well as graduate work in education. He later earned an MBA from Georgia Tech. Kevin has run several small businesses, including 12 years at a service business specializing in the back end process of real estate transactions.

There is an unfortunate misconception when it comes to the tenets of house hunting: "If I pay full price, I will get the house." Sadly, that's not the case at all.
