Really poor customer service. Rude. Not 100% Fed-ex capable or not willing to do their job. Slow to do anything. Seemed to not work there, didn't know how to do simple tasks other shippers did quickly. Fed -Ex should pull them as a provider.

I have a mail box here. They always treat me like I am family. They are Very nice. They do their best sometimes they are slammed with customers. They always get me out the door as soon as they can. Thanks for all your hard work it is appreciated.

They definitely need more than one person in the store at all times. Waited almost an hour because some of the customers were holding up the line. They need to know how to use their smartphones to download labels. I could say a lot more but I leave it at that. They charge $5 to Box it up for you labour. My total bill was $84 in something sense. 2 male 1 package to Pennsylvania. She said fedex was the cheapest.
