The office staff and nurses are lovely, kind, and professional.
However, Dr. Dodson while he may be an okay surgeon. His overall treatment amounts to medical gaslighting. He did not take other medical issues that impacted the surgery and healing seriously resulting in multiple unnecessary ER and urgent care visits. I am in the process of filing a formal complaint and finding a new doctor because of Dr. Dodsons inability to provide a basic standard of care.
My concerns were addressed in a timely manner and his supervisor transfered my care to another doctor. It is overall a great office.

I love these guys! I’ve seen negative reviews about wait times but you have to remember this is an office that sees people the next day or two after ER visits. Acute injuries need prompt attention and I can guarantee you’d be mad if you couldn’t get in after you broke something. The trade-off, though, is disrupted schedules. I have seen them for a broken knee, broken fibula, broken thumb, major foot surgery, and more (I know..not good😜). I was scheduled promptly each time after I went to the ER. I have had to wait at times in the office but you can’t have your cake and eat it too! To

I recently had appointments with Dr. John Chatwell for a hip/groin/lower back/upper thigh muscle issue that was keeping me up at night. I recently moved to Lincoln from Pennsylvania. Wow, wow, wow is all I can think to say. From receptionist to John himself I can honestly say that in my 70 years of doctor experiences these appointments were by far the most uplifting ones of my life. Dr K is super sweet and love her, but be prepared to sit in the waiting room at least a good 30-45 min. I feel there needs to be a revamp on scheduling patients too close together or they need longer hours to deal with the patient clientele. I’ve noticed I’m not the only one to leave a review like this on wait time. You need to start listening to your clientele.

Dr. Hurlbut and his team are amazing. Dr and his PAs always listened to my concerns and fixed my shoulder up so it’s better then before. I made use of the physical therapist, Julie and Erica, they spent a lot of time working to get my shoulder strengthened so I can get back to work. If I need anything else Ortho done again I’ll return to them.

An hour wait in the waiting room and another 50 minutes waiting for the doctor once you get taken back to a room....both of our visits were this way. I guess it's the most frustrating that noone in the office ever acknowledges that you have been waiting for 2 hours. Even a courtesy heads up that they are behind when you're checking in could be nice. I had to take my child out of school early for this appointment only to be waiting until long after school would have been out.
