I've been calling for 3 weeks to get an appointment with Dr. Berg and no one answers and no one returns my messages. I am having to find a new primary care physician!! This is ridiculous.

I've been without a primary care physician for many years. I just couldn't find someone that I felt really listened to my concerns, and treated me like I mattered. Dr. Minigutti at West Frisco health and wellness has been wonderful. It feels like I've found a doctor I can stick with!

I searched for a Doctor that I liked for 2 years and seen several in the area. This office is hands down the best that I have found. The front desk, lab, Doctors and their assistants are always friendly and helpful. I recently moved farther away and still will drive to see Dr. Minigutti. I have always gotten called with results and follow ups. I have seen other doctors and NPs in the same offices with the same type of care.

I originally went to WFHW to have pre-surgical tests done. Since I was new to the area at the time and looking for a Dr, I decided to give them a try. After my surgery I ended up with Thrush and saw an NP there who diagnosed me. A month later It was worse and I called to see if I could be seen but since the Thrush was causing a sore throat they wouldn't see me because a sore throat is a covid 19 symptom. I ended up going to a walk in clinic where they told me I was given the wrong medication for the type of thrush I had. They gave me 2 prescriptions and I was better in a couple of weeks. Then I
