We have been looking for a space that was previously a restaurant. We quite had a few conditions that were relatively difficult for our broker to find. Jillian, our broker was very professional. She tried very hard and she did a great job by always doing some research and looking for spaces in the area that we wanted. She is very responsive and attentive even on Sundays, she still responded to emails, which were impressive. We are very happy that she finally found the space that perfectly fit our needs. Loved working with Cabot- was having a semi-difificult time trying to find apartments in the Back Bay/South End area prior to them and they were super responsive once I contacted them. Specificallh, Andrew Bemben was the one who worked with me, and he made this process extremely smooth and stress free - always responded in a timely manner, gave lots of details and followed up on questions later when needed, gave updates on the process, and was extremely helpful and professional. Would highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience with Cabot & Co. Moving from NYC to Boston during a pandemic was a daunting task, but the team at Cabot made this transition very smooth and efficient. My wife and I have had two excellent experiences working over the past 13 months with Iana Ulianova of Cabot and Company. After selling our home in the suburbs last summer, we were looking for a rental in Back Bay. Through Iana, we found a fantastic rental that exceeded our expectations. Iana was very responsive to our needs, handled all the details and paperwork with us.
