I asked Eric to clean some upholstery which had a smoke odor from a visitor. Not only did he advise me how to remove the order myself with a simple household solution, Eric advised me of a way to remove stains from my cat's fur balls without leaving a residue in my carpet. We also talked about he will clean carpet without leaving a residue which later dulls the carpet. He didn't even charge me for the visit! Fabulous!! When I am ready to clean my oriental rugs or whole house carpet, I will DEFINITELY call Mann's.
