Doug Smithson has always held a passion for aviation. In 1998, this led him to realize the local airport's need for a reliable fixed-base operator, and he founded Big Sky Aviation with his wife, Beth. Today the business serves general aviation customers from a state-of-the-art corporate facility at Millville Executive Airport (KMIV) in southern New Jersey, approximately a forty-five minute to drive from Atlantic City, Cape May and Philadelphia.
