I was greatly surprised by the price of the real estate. Did not expect the final price by knowing the condition of the house. I am sure the great clean-up job added lots to the price. Also, lots of surprises on the personal property. I'm enjoying reading the tickets. It was a pleasure to meet all of you.

Foster & Teresa (Mike's parents) have since passed away, leaving the auction business to Mike, Stacy and the boys. Mike, Stacy and their sons Mark, Jeff and John have all contributed to building the business, and making Harman Auction one of the largest auction companies in the metro east. In the fall of 2018 Mike and Stacy purchased Hilltop Auction Center on Fosterburg Rd. in Alton, IL.
